The Regulations set forth the rules for using the store, placing orders, product delivery, and complaint procedures.

Definitions:
Seller — the owner of the Stary Zielnik online store
Customer — a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases
Consumer — a natural person making a purchase unrelated to their business activity
Entrepreneur with consumer rights — a natural person conducting business activity who enters into a contract without a professional character
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the staryzielnik.pl website.
To place an order, add products to the cart, complete the form, and make the payment.
After placing the order, the Customer receives confirmation at the provided e-mail address.
The sales contract is concluded upon clicking the „Order and Pay” button.
Product prices are quoted in Polish złoty and include VAT.
Available payment methods: BLIK, credit card, quick online transfer, PayPal.
Payments are processed by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24).
Payment should be made within 7 days of placing the order.
An unpaid order may be cancelled after the deadline.
Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected EU countries.
Order fulfilment time: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are displayed in the cart before finalizing the order.
Free delivery for orders over 199 zł (cash on delivery excluded).
Available carriers: InPost, DHL, DPD, Orlen Paczka.
The Consumer and Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act.
The withdrawal period commences on the day the Customer takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a statement to info@staryzielnik.pl.
The returned product must be in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging.
Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
The Customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the order value exceeds 200 zł.
The Seller is liable for product defects in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on warranty (Art. 556 et seq.).
Complaints should be submitted to: info@staryzielnik.pl or in writing to the registered office address.
Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt.
No response within 14 days means the complaint is accepted.
The Customer may request: repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract withdrawal.
The Data Controller is the Seller.
Data is processed for order fulfilment in accordance with GDPR.
Details in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and port their data.
Consumers may use out-of-court methods for complaint resolution and claim enforcement.

List of permanent amicable consumer courts available on the UOKiK website.
The Regulations enter into force on the date of publication on the store website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations with 14 days' notice.
For matters not covered, Polish law applies.
Any disputes will be resolved by courts competent for the Seller's registered office (for entrepreneurs) or the Consumer's place of residence.
