§1. General Provisions

The Stary Zielnik online store is operated by Moonsite Michał Łojek, located at ul. Sportowa 4/5, 58-521 Jeżów Sudecki, Poland, NIP: 6112819145, REGON: 522195034. These terms govern the use of our store, ordering, delivery, and complaints procedures.

§2. Orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 through staryzielnik.pl. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The sales agreement is concluded when the "Order and Pay" button is clicked. Prices are in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.

§3. Payments

Available payment methods: BLIK, credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24). Payment should be made within 7 days of placing the order.

§4. Delivery

We deliver within Poland and selected EU countries. Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Free shipping for orders over 199 PLN. Available carriers: InPost, DHL, DPD, Orlen Paczka.

§5. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer rights directive. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

§6. Complaints and Warranty

The Seller is liable for product defects under the Civil Code warranty provisions. Complaints should be sent to info@staryzielnik.pl and will be processed within 14 days.

§7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

§8. Dispute Resolution

Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

§9. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms with 14 days' notice.
