Bird Observation Cards

Observing and listening to birds has a beneficial effect on lowering cortisol levels in the blood. It helps you relax and also encourages the pursuit of new knowledge. Our original set of cards will help you spend time pleasantly and usefully during family walks as well as solitary hikes. Completing all the fields on the bingo card is an engaging challenge to take on, for example, during the holiday season. It is an excellent incentive to step outside and admire the wonderful fauna.

The set includes 24 cards with bird illustrations, and each contains three pieces of information:

• where to look for them,

• what they symbolize,

• a curious fact.

In addition, we include 5 cards in a “bingo” style for checking off sightings.

The rigid laminate protects the cards from water and dirt - you can take the set into the field without worry.
